Thai Bistro in Belmont Village has the best pad Thai in Waterloo region aside from home made. I don't use paste in my recipe but I don't have a defined recipe either just Pinterest when I'm in the mood.

The paste allows you to make your own Pad Thai sauce from scratch with a recipe that we already in a book. Buying the sauce is no different than just going and buying premade pasta sauce. There's no point in trying to make your homemade pasta sauce when you're making when you're using premade pasta sauce. It's at Saint kind of idea I guess based on this recipe book. We're trying to make a pad Thai that is even better than Spring Rolls at conestoga mall or anyone else that sells a pad Thai at a restaurant here in Waterloo. Our goal is to make it better homemade. Lol Then I can save money from going out and buying it once a week at that Chinese restaurant LOL.
