Highly recommend Marks and Punctures on Cambridge St now I think. Had three done there over about 9 years. Not sure who current tattooist is though as I had different people for each.

Oh Woodys High Wycombe is meant to be brill too! Think there's a newish one on the High St opposite Vale Park too. Hope this helps:)
