Dr. Gillard is my favorite, always tells you straight up, doesn't make you do unecessary things but will give you all options, he does teach but he still practices as well (as far as I know since he's been my only vet, he brings his students out with him on calls so they can see the field experience)

Strasburg Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Ken Hanks and Dr. Dyanne Caprio own it. www.strasbrugvet.com CWVRG has an account there. Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else unless I had to. Although, Living Springs Vet Clinic is Bennett did a fine job of picking up the slack when I had to take Rudy in for his emergency surgery a couple weeks ago when the on-call doc@Strasburg couldn't answer because she was in surgery.. Don't know who the contacts are at Living Springs, but it's worth a try.
