I've had chronic migraines since I was a kid and have seen many docs for them (I've seen Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Massage Therapist, Accupuncturist...) Depending on how frequently you get them botox with a Neuro may be an option as well as magnesium infusion. I see Dr. David Tabby on Cityline Ave across from PCOM. I was also treated by Dr. Atkinson, who was with Crozer but I believe she's at Jefferson now.

My chiro is awesome - Dr David Shields in Paoli. I've been seeing him for years. He totally helped me while I was pregnant & my back was tweaked. I just saw him last week for my shoulder. I usually only need 3-4 visits before I'm better.
