Acupuncture is typically not covered by insurance except for nausea of chemotherapy and osteoarthritis of the knee. My husband is a chiropractor certified in acupuncture. Our practice (in Avon in the Hartford hospital center) charges $54 per session. Or can purchase 12 treatments for reduced price. Www.wholehealhllc.com
