Matt - Licensed Massage Therapist here - find someone who knows how to work the piriformis muscle - that's the one that puts pressure on the sciatic. It's a small muscle and the sciatic nerve normally runs right next to it. It's hard to locate and some don't like to treat it because it's in the dead center of your glutes (butt).
