Thanks everyone! After a good nights sleep (slept like a rock for once....really unusual for me) my shoulder felt better. But...it feels like there's a bone that sticking up more than it should, so maybe something is out of place. It's a little sore after my workout, but nothing like it was yesterday...I couldn't even raise my arm up because of the pain in my shoulder. I don't want to have an injury that's so bad it'll prevent me from getting my workouts in...so I'm definitely going to go see one (or more for interviews, thanks for that thought Dr. Ian) and see who is best for me...and who takes my insurance.
