Definitely cockroach Nymphs (babies). Most likely Oriental Cockroach. Look on google images. Don't spray any roach killer. You have to use a bait and be patient so they take it back to their nest. Go to doyourownpestcontrol.com and order bait tube.

Get some terro at Home Depot. They'll be gone in a day or two and not come back! Super easy. The ants eat the poison then bring it back to the nest.

I am a realtor and get asked this a lot and I personally use East Coast Pest Control 954-263-9823. I had ants and he works until the task is done, no drama and very fair prices. We also had some rats from the water and he continues to monitor the boxes and his prices are about 50% of what I have seen. What I like the most is he owns the problem without the excuses.

If you have any starches you should either keep them in the fridge or in sealed Tupperware containers. You can get Betty Crocker from dollar tree & they have a surprisingly tight seal. Otherwise ziplocks work, though the seal isn’t as tight.
