Not cheap, but twins went to Dr. Lin at Dentistry for Children. We needed Saturday appointments. Most places don't offer them. We were very happy.

Hi Karen. Do u have dental insurance? Our choice for an orthodontist was made cause they gave us the best discount based on our insurance. We used Arch Ortho in Randolph but they have a bunch of locations on the South Shore. Good Luck!

Both my kids went to Dr. Manhattan too. as others have already mentioned he is great. You can do monthly payments for what insurance doesn't cover.

Dr, Buechel was really good with Brett. We thought Tess needed them too, but he was honest enough to recommend we hold off a bit on Tess and let her grow a bit more. And, after waiting a bit, she didn't need braces or anything.
