Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for discounted pricing, dogs must first: have been adopted or rescued within the last four months from a recognized shelter, breed rescue or other 501(c) rescue organization; OR be in a temporary foster home with a qualifed rescue organization and in need of training or behavior modification to either remain in the foster home or to be readied for adoption. Please NOTE: Dogs who have inflicted Level 3 (Dunbar scale) bites (or higher) or have previously had euthanasia for behavioral reasons recommended by a veterinarian, veterinary behaviorist or other qualified canine professional are NOT eligible for this program.
