For more immediate things or things out of her realm, I see Dr Howard Ruscetti at the Wilmington Health in Carolina Beach. I have seen Dr Andre Leonard over on Shipyard at Intracoastal Internal Medicine for years and he's been good to me. He's a runner so he understands our 'issues' and at least practices what he preaches. I can't really say he specializes though as he sees all sorts of patients.

Janice Dickerson at NHMG in Porter's Neck has been my primary for years and I love her. Never rushed, listens, just very friendly and personable. Idk about running, but she is a fantastic doctor and human.
