Do not go to Bloomingdale Eye Care. I had to go back 3 times to get my perscription right because they tried to put me in an expensive daily contact. Turns out my perscription never changed when I went back to my old contacts and their selection of glasses is limited. Also the wait is long. I miss Dr. Russell.

Call angie Horton I think that's her name? Massage therapist on central ave. She has a machine that treats your back without having to go under knife. Kenny did about 5 years ago and it worked for him. It is called spinal decompression. Her office is across from bond clinic. I can't remember the name of her business but it help kenny tremendously! It stretches you plus uses a Lazer and helps put everything back in place which in turn releases whatever is pressing on that nerve.
