OK just had the worst experience with one TAXI service ever. I called Partner taxi, they said come in 30!!! minutes, long time, but I said I will wait. They don't show up. I called again (since I'm already on the street with no other phone by hand) they said 15 min, AFTER 15 min I call again, he call TAXI driver, ANOTHER 15 min, after that HE STILL DID NOT COME. And the guy just said "It is not my fault." Partner Taxi is the worst service ever, and I have rode taxi in places like shitiest places in the world.
