Kyllos in Lincoln City has gorgeous view and a fireplace (in the entry) but I would recommend Tidal Raves in Depoe Bay. Great food and great view! And make reservations so you are there for sunset!

I hear Pier 101 in Lincoln City has a fireplace, but the reviews aren't very good. If it were me, I'd go for a room for the night with a fireplace, and a private dinner of goodies you brought in.:) Happy Anniversary.
