Well this lady isn't in Plattsburgh but she is in Peru. Her name is Ann. (Ann's Tailor Shop, 3013 Main St. Peru, 643-8025). She has tailored everything from dresses to work pants for me. Never had an issue and shes pretty quick about getting things back to you.
