About us
I graduated from the University of Salford in Sports Rehabiliation (2006) and Physyiotherapy (2013). I have worked with the Armed Forces, Worcester Warriors premiership rugby team and International teams in both netball and rugby. I have also worked with local sports teams and in the private sector providing sports massage in Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham.
Alongside my sporting experience, I has gained extensive knowledge spanning six years working with non-athletes. My current client base are currently recieveing treatment for work related stress and tension, post surgery e.g. knee replacement and ACL reconstruction and for general maintenance to prevent muscle related problems.
I strongly believe that soft tissue tension can cause a majority of problems which is why I have chosen to specialise in this area, whilst also working as a physiotherapist. I have knowledge in numerous medical conditions and injuries of which I am happy to advise when approriate. This will also help to identify key areas more specifically for treatment than your average 'massage treatment'.
