I know it's trek but if you can travel to Bury Remedial Clinic and book in with the guy he is amazing very old school. He's an osteopath but the lady he has who massages you first to relax your muscles is amazing and very hard followed by electrotherapy then manipulation ( reminds me of my mum's techniques.... )works wonders! x
