  We are looking for recommendations for a reputable heating and cooling company. The company who installed our new heat pump in May 2014 is completely incompetent, specifically the lady who schedules appointments and the manager. We have had nothing but trouble with the unit and this company since then. The new compressor that was guaranteed to be delivered Thursday accidentally ended up in Little Rock. They are now telling us they will not be able to do anything until next Monday or Tuesday. If they do not fix our unit today, we will be demanding a full refund and going with a new company. Help us out! Give us a good company to contact. Our house was 88 last night. I am hot, tired and ready to shank someone.
