  It's not exactly cheap... But https://www.facebook.com/175550492559741 Artwerks Tattoo One Louie Lopez did for me back in October. Have been back and Maxx Kelly did a single color tattoo very reasonable... If you want a large full color piece cheap should not be the consideration. Skip Pollock did one on my wife and Louie also did one on my wife... So I'd say I'm a fan of that place 😀
