When I switch off the car then the tail lights will remain on. When I switch on the ignition I heard a noise under the bonnet. When I opened the bonnet the noise came from the fuse box. Can it be the relays or fuses and where can I go to fix it. I am in cape town. I have already checked out the alternator and it is not the alternator that is the problem. Please help.
