What should have been a one-hour drive one way, ended up taking almost five hours. Despite this, the team was prompt, extremely efficient and professional with both the loading and unloading. They were very understanding about the unexpected travel time and they greatly reduced the number of hours billed. That level of fairness and integrity really stood out. Moving is stressful at the best of times, but Alert Moving made it a great experience from start to finish. Travis the sales manager came out to provide the estimate and was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I truly appreciated the excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Alert Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and honest moving company.

They also lifted up a table, breaking it from the base and didn't offer to pay for it. I had to ask for reimbursement for the plants.

I also added a last minute extra stop in Summerland, BC and Alert was able to accommodate this request as well. The movers were pleasant and respectful, with a great sense of humour. They were punctual on pick up and delivery and kept me apprised of any changes. I guess this would be why I have used Alert Moving five times in the last 22 years and would highly recommend this company to anyone who requires movers. Colleen Epp
