Do your own research as to the correct tests to run for thyroid health. The tests most doctors run is not sufficient to determine thyroid functions. I'd cut out all commercial bread products because they have bromine, which messes up the thyroid. Also, all soy. Read every label. Have you had an ultrasound done to see if your uterus has any abnormalities? I have one of 2 abnormalities, and although I'm not trying just yet, one of them (I think septate) makes it causes miscarriages in the first trimester. Treatment Depends on which one you have. Good luck.

Hi you should try and find a doctor who does Nutritional Response Testing. I have been doing this and have had great results. Dr. Ashley Will at Skyline is the best. She helped me with fertility issues and then throughout my pregnancy. Skyline is right above XSport so super convenient. I have since moved and my new acupuncturist isn't as good as Ashley.

I go to Dr.Megan Oconner at Skyline Wellness at their Ballston office and love her. I've been seeing her since she moved into the practice from California. Mostly I go for asthma and inflammatory issues. She is also in the Army. She works MWF at the office which takes most major insurance.
