Leanne Hiller at Arnprior Chiropractic does really deep tissue. I've also heard awesome things about The Kneeded Touch in Barrhaven. If you go to Their website, there is a profile of each RMT and they tell what their speciality is.

Inflamatrix is a supplement you can get to help with inflammation. I get mine at Whole Medicine in Pakenham but maybe at Green Bean here in town. Amber Young is a great RMT who helps with mine. She is booked up well in advance though. She's out of Absolute massage in Almonte and is well worth the drive. Call me if you need more details. Good luck. I know how painful that can be!

I highly recommend Cynthia at In Tune Chiropractic. She is an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist). She is brilliant at target g I juries and k otter or pulled muscles, and also works on pinched nerves. The Chiropractor there, Dr. Trash Gibson, is also really good and Han help diagnose the cause of your injury. If they think it is something beyond their scope of care (like pneumonia) they will pack you off to the hospital.
