In Ottawa, Jeffrey at my chiropractor's office . He's an RMT that does very deep tissue that hurts like heck but is very very effective. He's in Mark DeGruchy's office at Downtown Chiropractic. 613-564-9000.

I tried Cynthia at Spa Energie as recommended by Matthieu Mauriceu & Christine Dubois yesterday. She did wonders on my sore back and I have a follow up appointment on Wednesday. The only thing I didn't like is the strict non-negotiable order to stop working out completely for a few days...

When my friend was pregnant she went to Anna Belanger and Associates at Bank and Sunnyside as they do pre-natal (and post-natal) massage. She loved it! I went with her once last summer for a massage and it was great. May be worth a shot.
