We went with Korrect for HVAC and they do a good job. I used to use Butler, but they've failed on me a few times in the past few years.

2 ton, 18 seer Bryant Evolution System 5 stage. Replaced a 23 year old system. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Check your filter first. A dirt filter will shut off your heat while the blower will continue. Check out The Furnace Man- his name is Johnny; vote best in Dayton.

If you don't find any warranty, or any restrictions, I've used one hour heating and air on quite a few of my properties and been pleased with their work. They're at 937.426.7399.

Just replaced our furnace on Monday. We went with Deer and had a good experience. B&K Heating is good too. McAfee is good but pricier than most of the others. Good luck!

CJS heating and air has been our HVAC company since 2006; Had problems with McAfee. If it is a heat pump they struggle the colder it gets ... but it should have an emergency heat option when the heat pump can't keep up.
