I am a Bradley doula currently working on my DONA certification and am a military wife. My husband and I should be moving to offut by June-July. I recommend Dorothy Jones Doula Dorothy:) she was my doula 2 weeks ago and my husband was also deployed during the birth. She knows just what to do with skype, video, etc, plus she is just an amazing doula. She is a military spouse, so definitely has base access.:)

Had a great experience with the unmc midwives and hospital. Lydia was one of my favorites and is now with guiding hands with Jenda. Attend a doula speed dating event to find someone that fits. Taylor Gardner was perfect for us and I would highly recommend her.

I've had Jenda when she was at UNMC and Heather Ramsey at Midwives Place. Both are wonderful midwives. My doula is no longer available but I had Amber Piller as my back up. She seems absolutely wonderful! I attended a doula speed dating session that was very helpful in helping pick a doula that fit my needs. I think the Omaha Doulas Association could help direct you with finding one of these if you're interested. Good luck!

I delivered 5 months ago at The Midwife's Place and would do it again without hesitation! I loved it there! I used The Modern Doula Jessie and love her!! Good Luck to you!

She is an ob/gyn, but my doctor, Sonja Kinney, at UNMC Olsen Center, was extremely supportive of my natural birth. I highly recommend Diana Fisher for a doula.

I had my baby at Bellevue Med Center with Heather Ramsey (a fabulous midwife from the Midwives Place) and Kara Holden (my awesome doula). It was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend all of them.
