Yes I highly recommend Max Sports as well. Forgot to mention the TUE issue. Max Sports has been my go to place for many years...Dr. Bright more specifically. Didn't think to mention them as I don't have asthma.

When I lived there I went to Northwest Family Physicians in Upper Arlington, right across from the Kingsdale Shopping Center. There are several doctors in that practice, the one I mainly saw retired a few years ago so my last couple years I saw Dr Dusseau (there are two of them, I saw the young one) and liked him.
