My fiancé is currently a personal trainer at Fireteam Fitness off Kirk rd. He graduated college with a degree in exercise science and currently works with injured athletes. He also makes personal in home workout programs for people who can't make it to the gym. He gives videos of each exercise so you know you're doing it correctly.
