Force fluids and make sure the kitty pees a LOT. Hopefully you can flush out most of the infection and just keep the kitty hydrated. NO DAIRY of ANY kind and NO BREAD. If the kitty stops producing urine or seems to be in pain while trying to urinate GO TO AN EMERGENCY VET AND GET A PAYMENT PLAN
