Posh Pooch is so good. I take my little poodle there. I have seen them with the dogs there and they are so kind and gentle with them. I also know they are that way with my dog when I leave him because he doesn't mind being left there at all..... I have taken him other places in the past for grooming and he hated even going in the place. Once I found Posh Pooch..... that's the only place I go. But, you have to make your appointment far in advance as they fill up quickly. I usually make several appointments in advance.

We've been using On Spot Pet Styling. We love Aubrey 7144950848, it's a 1 woman show & she's great with my dog. She comes to you so you can continue to do your own thing & she's reasonably priced ($45 & she does everything). She has a Facebook page of you type it into search.

Surf City Dog Spaw, like Karen Pedersen mentioned. Todd & Reese are the most patient, caring groomers I have ever come across. My Aunt's Rottweiler is afraid of new places, and Todd actually sat on the floor with her, petted her & talked to her until she was ready to go back. I can't recommend them enough. My Bogie just loves them, and actually runs to the door behind the counter & scratches to be let in.

Hello!! If your labradoodle is afraid of the dryer, it may be best to have her groomed at a brick&morter place and not mobile. (I own the Pawlished Pup Mobile). I know Surf City Dog Spaw is amazing, as well as Posh Pooch (I used to work there, ask for Melissa!!!). With my mobile unit, I groom dogs straight through (bath, then blow dry entirely). I thank everyone for the recommendations, they truly mean a LOT! I just dont want to scare your poor little girl with the dryer:)

If mobile isn't what you're after, (I run Pawlished Pup Mobile Grooming), I'll always recommend Posh Pooch on PCH in Pete's Landing. The employees there are so nice, and the owner Melissa is amazing. I worked there for a short time, so I may be a bit biased.:) Just a side note, I am unfortunately limited to where I can service since I have to plug in for power (apartments are really difficult, and generators are insanely expensive...saving for one!), and mobile IS what you're after, and I'm unable to come to you, I do have glowing recommendations for mobile people who can.

Karen Pedersen Let me just say your son is the best! He has a way with animals that is amazing! When we brought in my Aunt's Rottweiler, she was really nervous & scared, shaking like a leaf. Todd got on the floor with her, and sat with her for at least 10 minutes until she was ready. I don't know of anyone else that would do that.
