Lakewood Dental Arts Orthodontics was by far the cheapest I found. Dr. Fowell is wonderful. Very reasonable payment plan. My daughter got them at 10, off at 13, and they have not moved at all since getting them off two years ago.

I use to go to Dr Richard Grossman in BH. We was a fantastic, and over the years I have had many compliments on my teeth by dentists. I think this maybe his # (310) 470-3440, UCLA Faculty in Orthodontics. Confirm that is my Dr Grossman, by asking if his office in the mid 70's was in BH. Good Luck!
