We used Critter Control for squirrel problem. http://www.crittercontrol.com. Their website says bats too. My parents had bats and you have to find where they are coming in. You have 1 you will have more.

There is a gentleman in West Chester who treats wildlife and hands them over to the appropriate authorities. I had taken in a tortoise from KY which was found on the road and I took him to the vet in Mason. I was told by the vet to take the tortoise (I was not allowed to keep as a pet due to it being a rare wildlife) to this gentleman who will take care of the tortoise and then hand it over to an organization in KY. Unfortunately I don't have any details of that gentleman. This was three years ago. But please try to call Mason Family Pet Hospital 512-398-8700. They might be able to give you more info regarding this gentleman.
