I hired a nanny from care.com. I have found 2 nannies that way. I keep my son on a schedule too and most in-home providers won't do that. I created the schedule and curriculum based upon the needs of my child. Look for someone that is maybe taking classes online. I pay $150 per week and she works from 7:30-4:30 everyday. My nanny has about and hour in the morning before he gets up and an 1 1\2 during naptime to do what she pleases. She has been very realiable and willing to work beyond her schedule if needed for extra pay. Might want to look into it.
