I just tried HiTek on Joppa Rd (next to Joppa Liquors). They were clean and friendly with decent prices. I’ve heard good thing about Mia Sorrello on Harford Rd as well. Good luck!

Lisa's Sky Nails in a Parkville Shopping Center. You can make an appointment OR walk in and they do EVERYTHING. My pedicure and gel manicure is still flawless after ten days and will easily last at least another week.
