You didn't say what type of specialist you are looking for, but most types of specialists are few and far between in this area, so the part of town may not be exactly what you are hoping for. Tabby at Pediatric associates is wonderful but they kicked us out because of 2 missed appointments. One that I was 10 min late for. My four kids went there and when they kicked one child out they kicked them all out. So now we go to first steps peds and see Melissa she is wonderful ans so is Dr Jaaluk!

I don't know of any developmental pediatricians in Pace. I use Dr. Hensley as my regular pediatrician. He is on woodbine road in pace-emerald coast pediatrics.

If you want BOARD CERTIFIED, the closest is Dr. Swingle at USA Developmental Pediatrics on Mobile, AL...I have done massive research and he's the only one anywhere remotely close that is actually board certified. There are a lot of Drs around here apparently that practice developmental pediatrics but I couldn't find any of them having actual board certification credentials in developmental pediatrics.

We love her! There is also Dr. Tavi, she's great there too (I actually like all the doctors we've seen there when it was a last minute appt) & the firm accepts medipass!

Don't use Dr. Lanza!!! We have her now and because no one is at all attentive to my kids or anyone else's that I have noticed for that matter! She seems like she does not enjoy her job and never actually let's me know anything when we visit!!
