We see Dr. Jacobo Cruz. on Bayou. When Psychological Associates told us not to come back, Dr. Cruz and Lakeview were the only places I could find. Cruz could see us right away so we went with him because we needed care urgently. He's been great. A little gruff sometimes, but he gets the job done and hasn't told me to hold my son down in a chair while we were there like one place did.

Yes, I couldn't remember Dr. Jerzy's name! He was HIGHLY recommended but appointments were months out. Henry was also self harming and hurting us, thus the not being able to wait.

Yeah, they told us we couldn't come back after a few visits. Henry jumps. It disturbs others. Dr. Cruz saw just me first to discuss things. Then we had an appointment with my son. We both went back. He observed without me for a few minutes, and then brought me back in. It was awful, to be honest, but needed. Someone needed to see our problems to acknowledge them.
