Jocelyn Logan may be able to help, or try searching on kellymom.com for advice. apparently it's okay to have lanolin on your nipples when you nurse, so that may help. I'm also wondering if it might be thrush rather than a latch issue...did you try the Dr.Neumann's all purpose nipple ointment?
