1-800-DENTIST can find you a referral. I used to work there. (Tell them you want someone who specializes with scared patients. They usually do the most gentle work. CVS has a putty that you can stuff the cavity with, to help with sensitivity to hot & cold air/food/drink.) I highly recommend NOT going to Western Dental, even though they are the cheapest. If you go to a dentist's office that offers financing through "Care Credit", I would decline that. Their interest rates are insanely high.
