Dr. Dana is the best! My gelding was sick. Called out pilchuck. They told me it was a virus. Even did blood work and they said it was fine. He didn't get better. Had dr. Dana out. He had a cyst the size of a basketball in his spleen.. He suffered for an extra 4 days because of pilchucks mis diagnosis. I am so grateful for dana!!

Megan Ericson -- I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Dana... not only is she of highest level of competence, her "caring" for both horse AND owner is amazing.... and she's moved things around in her schedule in past times to get to us when we needed it... but at same time, knows when it might be wise to wait a day or so, to look at the horse (like our recent eye problem we had, where some vets might rush out.. say, opps swelling needs to go down (costs you $$$) and then come back later for more $$$.. with Dana, a simple pic over phone was all she needed to know what needed to be done (wait), prescribe meds.. and then come out next day or so when one evaluation can be done.. that.. that honesty, I also love about her....

Ok Brittni Pruden, they are but have no appointments. She gave me two recommendations for your area, one is Cascade vet center the other is VCA. She said Pilchuck is mostly emergency and that's why the cost is high because it includes an emergency fee of I think she said $200.

And why? She saved my ass (donkey) twice! Once after she blew out all of her stitches after surgery. Dr Hannah came to my house on a holiday weekend on her way back from her vacation!! The second time, I was on vacation and my irresponsible pet sitter's dog attacked my donkey. She took care of her until I returned. I'm forever grateful for her dedication and she's a great person who truly cares!
