Danielle 'Danni' Finney , there is a dance/exercise class I go to in Springfield, VA called Kazaxe by Azuka Bom . It is awesome and you are having so much fun that you forget you are exercising! A sister introduced me to it this summer and I'm officially hooked. You can get the schedule at www.kazaxe.com. They have classes during the day and night. Check it out!
