As someone who would normally promote therapy before surgery I can tell you the best "fix" is the surgery. It's relatively easy as far as surgeries go and stretches and wrist splints will only bring you temporary relief. If you want to speak further I'd be happy to talk to you. And Dr. Stone is wonderful.

Seeing Dr. Stone presently and think he is quite competent. Getting an appointment can be a bit tough and there can be long waits once you arrive. If you go in prepared to camp out, you'll be less frustrated. South Tampa office seems to run more smoothly than Telecom.

Dr. Garlick with Florida orthopedic did my knee and was absolutely fantastic (plus at least back then he was very easy on the eyes). Then recently Dr. McClimans did my shoulder and that turned out pretty well.
