Just remembered, apparently The Chalet in Portinscale does really good food - cafe in the afternoon and a restaurant in the evening. We have eaten there in the afternoon but not in the evening although people say the food is really good in the evening too.

Square Orange is up by The George, on the right hand side, near Open All Hours off license. If you come out of Casa Bella and turn left, stay on the left hand side of the road, walk past White Stuff and walk up the road a bit. It's on the right hand side.

Luca's is great although it can be pricey. There's also Casa Bella's (http://casabellakeswick.co.uk) which is really good. They make all their ice cream on site - the chocolate sorbet is out of this world! Had many meals at both and they're both as good as each other.
