not sure what insurance he takes but try Mitch Olson. He's in Bloomington. http://www.olsondentalcare.com/

I was lucky I had insurance from a lousy job I kept until the dental work was done and paid for and then I was out the door. I had to go from part time to full time to get the insurance. Sometimes you have to do what it takes to get the job done. I live across the street from Open Cities health care and they will set you up on a payment plan according to your income etc. Some people in my building have gone there for extensive work and the results have been great. They are located on Dunlap St in St Paul.

The best dentist WAS TLC member and good friend, Dr. Keith Swanson. Sadly, he retired a couple years ago. . You would have loved him. Half the church went to him. I know ... what's my point? Just thought you should know what you missed. Whatever ... go to the dentist regularly to get good care for your teeth. Delta Dental covers two cleanings and checkups a year plus a percentage of needed work. You can't afford not to go.

Yes yes yes Jess Harvey at Springwood, osteopathy head to toe. Tho they won't do anything for a posterior baby. That's all up to you mama. Try yoga and crawling, lots of it. Walking up stairs. Stay off the couch, lazyboy, minimize sitting in the car. Lots of rocking, forward leaning etc. Also try www.spinningbabies.com they have some exercises. Osteopathy is wonderful and I recommend strongly but won't turn a posterior baby...

Bumping this for Friday's ride. I would prefer to keep on the Minnesota side for easier climbing and mileage but could use some feedback on this route made for me w/ ride gps: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/23232280
Kim W. replied:
The second option goes along the road on the Wisconsin side but adds more miles and climbs and I don't think I can do all that in one day, solo: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/23232579
Kim W. replied:
Ok done with editing - a friend pointed out I was using a route that started in Mpls, not St. Paul so that cuts out 10 miles and I see it's mostly flat after all those hills into Stockholm so I think I can do it... I hope: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/23235127

I am looking as well and it seems to get enough length for the head you need a double violin/viola case. Then you may have to fill in the too wide area, but that is not hard. Shar service is great.
