Iv'e been going to P W & Fitness for the last 18 months loved every moment and still do. Lost 3 stone recently put on 7 lb but that was muscle Now running Marathons and next year running to Scotland Never felt so good. I highly recommend David Lloyd love it! Jordan Head is an amazing fitness trainer. I'm there 4-5 days a week and a larger lady slimming down if you want someone to meet up with. Good luck x

It's an indoor bootcamp so great for all weathers and you lose about 200 extra calories each time you go just from laughing as everyone is so brilliant and gets on so well and we all have such a good time there!

He has Bootcamp style classes and it that's not your thing he also does Personal Training... You never feel that your just one of many in his classes - they are small and everyone is very welcoming! My husband saw my change and he joined too - in 28 days he lost a stone and gain a 6 pack NO JOKE. Anthony has changed our outlook completely.

Urban Rebounding classes at the Tangerine Bar every Tuesday 5.45 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.15 pm. Only 9 per class. Best exercise I have done in years for keeping the body in shape ... Not a beasting but a good workout! Call 07812042294. £6 per class.

I would recommend Fit4 I used the Worthing leisure centre gym in Shaftsbury avenue. So friendly and helpful. I am now at David Lloyd and equally nice!!! I am not a natural gym user but feel completely at ease at both of these gyms

Have recently joined Fit 4 with a friend, can't fault it, welcome to come with us to a class, I'm also shy, or if a personal trainer is more for you, Dan at PT Playground in East Preston is fantastic.x
