Def try sliding scale. I've used Susan Walshe in the past. My insurance covered it at the time so I'm not sure about her fees.

I'm currently through Trust Liability Insurance. The lady on the phone said if I let me policy expire or transfer to someone else, I forfeit any coverage for the year I already paid for. That sounds illegal but I might just pay the new price. What a headache...
